General FAQs

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For small batch runs, our Launch Pack starts from 1,000 units per SKU. Larger Scale Pack runs can range from 5,000 to 100,000+ units.

Q: Do you only pack ambient products?

A: Yes, we only handle ambient food products (snacks, sweets, confectionery, teas, etc.). We do not pack chilled or frozen products.

Q: What is your typical lead time?

A: For Launch Packs, lead time is usually 10–15 working days from PO and bulk delivery. Scale Packs run by scheduled slots. Repack jobs can be turned around in days.

Q: Are you SALSA certified?

A: Yes, we are SALSA-certified with annual on-site audits, robust HACCP systems, and traceability at unit, case, and pallet level.

Q: Can you help with with labelling and product compliance?

A: Yes, we have 30+ years of food industry experience, our expert team is on hand to guide you through everything.

Amazon FBA & E-Commerce

Q: Can you prepare stock for Amazon FBA?

A: Yes, we handle expiry coding, FNSKU/GTIN labelling, carton prep, pallet SSCC labels, and shelf-life checks to Amazon’s standards.

Q: What happens if my stock is rejected by Amazon?

A: Our Rapid Repack service can over-label, recode, and re-box stock quickly so you don’t miss sales windows.

Q: Can you help with barcode compliance?

A: Yes, we check barcodes (FNSKU, GTIN, EAN) for legibility and quiet zones, and we run quality checks during production.

Q: How does the process work?

Q: Can you supply packaging, or do I provide it?

A: We can do either. Many clients supply their own films, labels, and tins, but we can source components if needed.

Q: Do you offer kitting and collation?

A: Yes — for hampers, seasonal runs, and corporate gifting.
